lesson for tour planning in the travel agent when I job training. I ever make tour package 2D1N Batam in the travel
agent. I also can do another job like ticketing staff. I believe with my
communication skill because in my school
we usually do a presentation with English and Indonesian language. In my lesson
guide practice also make me confident with my communication skills.
